“Having worked in this world together for some time, we’d seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. So we were in a good place to start a business based on the values and experience we’d built over the years. AD Merchandise was born!
On 1st October, we set ourselves up in a tiny little office in Manchester city centre. We were suddenly the masters of our destiny, and this excitement kept us going during those arduous early years. It was the biggest challenge of our lives, but nothing fazed us. We grew from strength to strength and, in time, our turnover, skills, client base and reputation all improved.
Ten years on and three office moves later, we find ourselves at Paragon House in Old Trafford, Manchester. In April 2018, David decided to hang up his boots and sail off into the sunset and, as part of our planned Partner Buy-Out (PBO), I became Managing Director – a role that is both demanding and exciting in equal measures! As part of the restructure, I was delighted to oversee the promotion of Nick Green into the position of Commercial Director following 8 years of fabulous development and growth on his part. 2 years on from the buy-out, together we have guided AD Merchandise through some challenging times but we continue to grow and remain strong in an ever demanding market.
We are now 16-strong, and we have developed into a full-service promotional merchandise agency that works with some of the biggest brands in the world including Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover, Hilti, Kingspan and Komatsu.

AMO SINGH – Managing Director & Owner, AD Merchandise
As Managing Director, it’s my job to challenge, motivate and inspire our talented group to be the best they can be. My focus is business strategy, development and finance although I also work closely with my team to drive the PR and Marketing of AD Merchandise.
Having worked at AD since 2010, I know the business and its customers inside-out! In my role, I oversee all Commercial operations, and I’m told it’s my job to ensure we hit all targets!
It’s my responsibility to ensure that our customers receive an amazing service. I lead our Commercial team with a focus on efficiency and processes, and within my role I am also responsible for supply chain development and CSR.
Calling on over 25 years’ experience in delivering innovative products to our wonderful customers, my role is to manage the growth and development of my portfolio of customers and support the wider team.
